FAQ: Often asked questions about our modern holiday home in Ypres

Yes, a deposit of €500 will be requested a few weeks before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days after inspection.

No, we opt to keep the holiday home allergy-free for all future visitors.

No, but our kitchen is fully equiped to prepare your own breakfast. There are also several high quality bakeries in the surrounding area. On request we can arrange a breakfast service (excluded in price).

At 100 meters there is a supermarket (also open Sundays). On Saturday morning there is a weekly market on the market square in front of the Cloth Hall.

No, everything is well cleaned for your arrival. For further maintenance there is cleaning equipment present at the holiday home. The end cleaning is included in the price.

Yes, and there even is a starters package provided to barbecue.

Yes, there are several nice takeaway adresses in the neighbourhood. If you wish you can also book in advance a culinary workshop that takes place at the holiday home.

The infrastructure of the house can only be used by paying guests. Party’s are not permitted.

Yes, there is a bus stop nearby and a train station at 800 meters.

No, but you can book bikes in advance.

Yes, we have a private parking available for three cars.

Unfortunately, frying and the use of fondue, raclette, gourmet, stone grill, Teppanyaki is not permitted.

Our holiday home is located on the ground floor and is accessible via a ramp for strollers and less mobile guests.
